#Project366 – week 7

Judging by this photo roundup I wouldn’t blame you for thinking that I don’t actually do any “real” cooking - this week seemed to be equally split between enjoying sociable meals out and suffering long days at work in solitude!
#43 - spicy starter selection at Kaosarn Brixton
Day #43 – Catching up with a good friend over a starter selection of crispy spring rolls and juicy chicken satay skewers at Kaosarn in Brixton Village (one of my favourite places to visit for an excellent cheap eat)

#44 - slices of coke braised ham & sweet potato wedges for supper
Day #44 – Serving up a simple supper of chunky sweet potato wedges and hot caramelised slices of Coca Cola-braised sweet mustard glazed ham
45 - Breakfast in bed on Valentine's Day
Day #45 – Making the most of a rare treat of breakfast in bed on Valentine's Day...a toasted English muffin topped with apricot jam
#46 - Chip-shop chips
Day #46 – A crinkly bag of proper fried potatoes from the local chippy was the only thing that could hit the spot after an exhausting day in the office…

#47 - a free hot drink and a new stamp card at Caffe Nero
Day #47 – Picking up a free hot drink for the journey home in return for a new loyalty card ready to be stamped
#48 - Golden amaretti tin stocked with almond biscuits
Day #48 – I always make sure my shiny golden amaretti tin is fully stocked with crunchy almond biscuits to satisfy my late-night cravings for a little something sweet
#49 - "Definitely" the food menu at the Carnarvon Arms in Skegby
Day #49 – Hoping that this is "definitely" the food menu...60th birthday celebrations with my boyfriend’s family
Regular viewers of this blog may have noticed a few changes this week…there’s now a #Project366 page to help keep track of the progress of my food photography challenge over the course of the year, and a selection of buttons so you can follow my culinary cogitations on a more regular basis via your preferred social media! If you like my gastronomic style then please show your support with a little click…
