Enjoying all things in moderation in this flashback from my #Project366 daily food-photography challenge…
Day #302 – Checking out the impressive brunch options at M1lk in Balham and keeping it balanced with a vibrant combo of scrambled egg, spinach, smashed avocado and smoked salmon
Day #303 – Sticky Yucatan BBQ prawn skewers and black bean rice before the cinema for a Monday date night
Day #304 – I’ve been wanting to try The Grown Up Chocolate Company’s bars ever since I spotted them at the Sourced Market at St. Pancras train station. I enjoyed the creaminess of this coconut bar but it tasted a bit too sweet for me as I prefer more bitter dark chocolate to the white or milk versions. Having said that, their salted peanut caramel cracker sounds very tempting…worth a second chance perhaps?!
Day #305 - Bad behaviour being encouraged by the London Cheese and Wine Guide, who kindly sent me a free copy of their excellent new book to review. I’m working my way through the sections and will share my thoughts with you all soon, but that crumbly chunk of blue Stilton on the front cover is a fantastic teaser!
Day #306 – Healthy chicken barley broth to keep me warm on a long train journey to the location for this week’s media visit with Lib Dem Leader and Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg
Day #307 – A double treat…a beautiful turquoise Anthropologie ice-cream bowl filled with my new favourite flavour of Joe & Seph’s incredible gourmet popcorn, light and refreshing lemon and poppy seed
Day #308 – Sweet Tooth Factory showcasing their superb baking skills with this beautifully iced mocha cupcake at the Tea and Coffee Festival on the Southbank
